Refund Policy

Failed generations
If a generation fails for a reason on our end (a rendering error, a technical failure), the credits you spent are automatically refunded to your account — no request needed. You'll see this reflected in your dashboard immediately.
Successful generations are final
Once a video has been generated successfully, the credits used are not refundable. As explained in our Terms of Service, our AI systems cannot guarantee a specific creative outcome — some variation between attempts is inherent to how the technology works, and a completed generation that meets the request you submitted is not eligible for a refund on the basis that you didn't like the creative result.
EU right of withdrawal
If you're an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital services like ours that begin performing immediately (i.e. as soon as you spend credits on a generation), EU law allows this right to be waived — but only if you give clear, explicit, separate consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed.
We collect that explicit acknowledgment at the point of purchase, as a separate checkbox — not buried in these Terms. If you have not yet given that acknowledgment for a given purchase, contact us and we'll honor your withdrawal right for any credits not yet spent on a completed generation.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period and can be cancelled anytime from your account's billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time within an already-paid period.
Something else went wrong?
If you believe you were charged in error, or a generation completed but is clearly broken (not just "not what I expected creatively" — an actual technical failure that our system didn't catch), contact us at [email protected] and we'll review it case by case.
